Electoral Commission Of Zambia Chairman Esau Chulu has declared the United Party For National Development President, Hakainde Hichilema as President Elect on the 2021 General Elections which took Place on 12th August 2021.

Hakainde Hichilema has scooped over 2,810757 Votes beating Edgar Chagwa who has scooped 1,814201

Hakainde Hichilema is a Zambian businessman and politician who has been President of the United Party for National Development, an opposition political party, since 2006.
